When will I receive my order?
All orders are custom-made on demand. Please allow 3–7 days for production and fulfilment before your order is shipped.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Where do orders ship from?
We work with a global print-on-demand fulfilment network. This means your order is produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery location whenever possible, helping reduce shipping times and environmental impact.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are set by your local customs office and are not controlled by us. We recommend checking your country’s import rules if you are unsure.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order is delayed, please check the following first:
- Confirm your shipping address in your order confirmation email
- Check with your local post office for any held parcels
- Ask neighbours in case the courier left it nearby

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we may be able to resend your order, but additional shipping costs may apply.
