Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all mugs are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or general preference.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will always work to resolve it.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if:
- You receive a damaged item
- You receive the wrong item
If either applies, please contact us at support@noveltymugstore.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Each product is made to order specifically for you.
If you are unsure about product details or sizing, please review the information provided on each product page before purchasing.
What if my item is incorrect or mislabelled?
In rare cases, production errors may occur. If you receive a mislabelled or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@noveltymugstore.com with your order number and photos.
If confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
