When will I get my order?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 days before shipping.
After dispatch, delivery times depend on your location:

Where will my order ship from?
We work with a global print-on-demand fulfillment network, meaning your order may ship from the facility closest to your location to ensure faster delivery.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not controlled by us and are handled by your local customs office. We recommend checking your local import policies if you are unsure.
My order is late, what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:
- Check your confirmation email for address accuracy
- Ask your local post office if they are holding your parcel
- Check with neighbours in case it was left nearby

If there was an address error, we may be able to resend your order (shipping costs may apply).
What is your return policy?
We do not offer general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

What if my item is mislabelled or incorrect?
Although rare, production errors can happen. If you receive a mislabelled item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@noveltymugstore.com with your order number and photos.
We will send a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
